Carmeet for NFS Underground 2

The word and the project

A search for “carmeet” on 2026-10-28 put carmeet.lf.wtf first, while the summary box also defined a real-world car meet. This page is only about the browser project by Levi Foster, described in a Spanish report on generacionxbox.com (dated 20 October 2026 in that article) as a free hangout rebuilt from the PS2 version, without a career.

The project page lists 29 cars, one shared city, a 2,000-person server cap, no races, phone touch controls, and proximity voice. First join asks for an email. A garage holds up to five cars. A live player count was not printed, so none is invented here. The author also wrote that 1,381 of 1,392 files were renamed and 140,493 triangles were checked.

I opened carmeet.lf.wtf and the author’s write-up on lf.wtf. The word “carmeet” also names real parking-lot meets, so the first paragraph splits those meanings.

Street still, 2026-10-21. It shows the game’s city, not a Carmeet player count.

Questions

Can I finish the Underground 2 career here?

No. The project describes a city, a garage, and voice. Races are not part of it.

Is a public headcount available?

Not on the pages read on 2026-10-28. The cap of 2,000 is a limit, not a count of who was online.
